E quantas dessas campanhas ficaram na mem\u00f3ria?<\/p><p>Seguir o briefing \u00e0 risca pode parecer seguro, mas \u00e9 o caminho mais r\u00e1pido para o \u00f3bvio. \u2028O verdadeiro trabalho criativo come\u00e7a quando o questionamos, quando olhamos para uma frase confusa e pensamos:<br \/><em>\u201cO que \u00e9 que o cliente queria dizer com isto?\u201d\u00a0<\/em><\/p><p>Interpretar n\u00e3o \u00e9 desobedecer; \u00e9 compreender a inten\u00e7\u00e3o por tr\u00e1s das palavras.\u00a0\u2028E \u00e9 a\u00ed que nasce a diferen\u00e7a entre entregar \u201calgo correto\u201d e criar conversa, n\u00e3o um ficheiro em PDF.\u00a0\u2028\u00c9 o momento em que o cliente explica o que sente, n\u00e3o apenas o que quer.\u00a0<\/p><p>Quando h\u00e1 di\u00e1logo, o briefing deixa de ser uma lista de tarefas e passa a ser uma constru\u00e7\u00e3o conjunta.\u00a0\u2028\u00c9 ali, nas perguntas, nas hesita\u00e7\u00f5es e at\u00e9 nas contradi\u00e7\u00f5es, que se encontra o ouro.\u00a0<\/p><p>As melhores ideias n\u00e3o aparecem no documento inicial, nascem entre um \u201ce se&#8230;\u201d e um \u201cespera l\u00e1, isso faz sentido\u201d. \u2028Por isso, em vez de pedir um briefing de 12 p\u00e1ginas, pede meia hora de conversa. \u2028Vai sair de l\u00e1 com mais insights e menos PowerPoint.\u00a0<\/p><h2>\u00a0<\/h2><h2>Projetos que melhoraram ao questionar o briefing<\/h2><p>Quase todos os grandes projetos come\u00e7am com um \u201cisso n\u00e3o estava no briefing\u201d. \u2028E ainda bem.\u00a0<\/p><p>Foi assim que campanhas ganharam vida pr\u00f3pria, identidades visuais encontraram prop\u00f3sito e marcas descobriram o que realmente queriam comunicar. \u2028Porque, \u00e0s vezes, o cliente pensa que precisa de um novo log\u00f3tipo mas o que falta \u00e9 uma nova hist\u00f3ria. \u2028Ou acredita que quer uma cor diferente, mas o problema \u00e9 o posicionamento.\u00a0<\/p><p>Quando a ag\u00eancia questiona com empatia, o projeto cresce.\u00a0\u2028N\u00e3o porque contrariou o cliente, mas porque o ajudou a ver o que ele ainda n\u00e3o tinha visto.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element
